a multi-million dollar direct-marketing company based in Idaho
Falls, ID, specializes in personal health and wellness.
Challenge: Melaleuca found,
that within its infrastructure, employees were spending unwisely,
and/or beyond their means, in order to build their personal business
down-line network. Frank VanderSloot (CEO) sensed the need to
educate company members in financial skills applicable to both
personal and business arenas.
Solution: Melaleuca hired M:4 to create a CD-ROM replete with financial instructional materials that could be presented to workers throughout the corporation. Within a month, the Financial Freedom University interactive CD-ROM was completed, designed to walk each employee through their personal financial lives, pin-pointing specifics of money management and/or mismanagement. Interactive graphs and flow-charts enable the participant to detail income and expenditures, and monitor debt-reduction plans and financial wellness goals. |
